Therapy is about meeting your needs in a timely and affordable manor. According to your goals we agree on how often you would like to meet and how long you would prefer your sessions to be. Most people choose to have sessions 50-55 minutes in length once a week. But as therapy sessions are about you and your goals, there is the option of meeting twice a week, every other week, or scheduling 90-minute session. Some people complete their therapeutic goals in eight to twelve sessions while others with more complex situations require longer-term therapy.
When you are close to achieving your goals, we may agree to meet every other week, or even once a month. Once you feel confident enough to terminate our therapy session, you can always choose to return in the future.
